I only just realized that I haven't updated in forever. I'm honestly sorry; I just haven't felt like it, to be honest. I still don't. Maybe later, folks. Sorry.

I drove up with my mom to see Penn State yesterday. Damn, that's a big school. WAAAY bigger than I want, but good to have on my list. Rolling admissions and all that.

Maybe I'll update for real later, but I've got a crapload of stuff to do today. Sorries.

Doodle oodle doodle . . . not really much to say, except that I have been very productive the last twelve days or so. I'm working on my Gold Award for Girl Scouts, which is a 65-hour project, and in the space of 12 days I've gone from having 43 hours left to having 20 hours left. 23 hours down the drain, yes! Bought a crapload of stuff at Staples today---school supplies, mostly---and I also bought some nice new jeans and some comfy shirts yesterday. But at Staples I got:

-one of those 'That was easy' buttons, for use whenever I feel like it
-a rainbow umbrella! It is tres happy. I'm going to use that thing every chance I get.

Just got back about an hour ago from Alabama, visiting my Grandmother. Also there: one set of aunt and uncle, the OTHER set of aunt and uncle, and about fifteen bajillion people I'm related to but have never heard of, practically. Family reunion. Argh. But it went okay, I guess ( Read more... )

On the way to Drivers Ed this morning, I stopped at Potbelly to get lunch. I was eating my sandwich near a table full of adults, who were all (except the chaperone) mentally disabled in some way.
