I am about |----| this far from buying the Infuse, so stop me now if you know anything terrible about it.  I'm hoping for something that will be phone and mini tablet. Something I can use during lactation consults to input health information into my EMR system.

I don't have any of gadgets... Is there a work around?  Is Roku worth it?  Basically I want to dump a bunch of cable channels but I admit to being addicted to certain HBO and Showtime series.  Can I get them in a reasonable fashion from someplace within the week?  I can put off my immediate gratification for that long, but not much longer -- it is ( Read more... )

I got asked to participate as THE lactation consultant at Brooklyn's Baby Expo.  I'm giving Grand Rounds on lactation at Mount Sinai....Ya think the world is suggesting that I have a niche?  Um. I have gotten approval to start data collection March 1 (2 steps in between actual start, but those are steps that I think I am in control of).  With an RA supporting collection that means defense in August.
