I didn't think anyone would be interested to be honest. That's why I buried it in my LJ by backdating it. It was just one of those little plot bunnies that struck me while working on something else. I thought 'let's write it out, post it, and let it go because no one's going to be interested in a Gus as the Michael of his group of friends.'
I'm glad you enjoyed it though. Perhaps I will revisit it once Wild Indigo is finished. ;D
Poor Gus, more in common with Michael than his father or Justin. Wonderfully written, but ended way too soon, I would love to see this develpoed more. :)
It was a ficlet idea that I've had bouncing around for awhile and annoying the crap out of me until I wrote it down. I wasn't sure if anyone would be interested in it. It might be fun to take for a spin. Especially since I haven't written a story with a decent Micheal in it for ages.
I've mainly been focusing on Wild Indigo. I've managed to get about 30 pages into good shape. The rest of the story as written for NaNo though will be heavily edited. I got a plot bunny while working that I thought would work, but didn't. Unfortunately, a lot of it's going to be cut. :P
Little Gus was so much like his dad that it would be only logical to envision him growing up to be the 'King' of whatever world he inhabits - gay or straight. To picture him playing the 'Mickey' role to his best friend... Wow. I love the way your mind works!

I for one would love to learn more about the object of his affection and any fatherly advice that Brian can give.
