another A!!!  Yipee!   I shall celebrate with a beer later on.  This was the class from hell.  I got an A and he said I did "great work".  Iam going to treasure that one. 

I just got done bathing Max. Lots of fun.  Loads.  I must say its easier than bathing a cat though.   I did have to pick the dog up and put him in the tub.  He then layed on the bottom of the tub and shook like I was going to beat him.  I am beginning to get leary of where I have taken him for grooming, Petsmart, because of behavior like that.  He ( Read more... )

I got my braces, they hurt and are way annoying.  Plus side, food is harder to eat, so I eat slowly and will probably lose some lbs.

So we decided on New Year's day to get all three pieces of our sectional together for the first time in 3.5 years.  It actually looks good!  We blocked off the random door into the living room from the hallway, but we have the big doorway into the middle room.  Our middle room is a mess, but we're going to work on that tomorrow.  We have bankers ( Read more... )

Work has been keeping me SUPER busy.  I mean, dead run busy.  Lots of things going on...But things are good.  I still love my job.  Its the guys and gals that make it for me, and seeing them every day is a treat.  Plus, getting a $90 bonus check and a $100 gas card makes it nice too!  (this is in addition to the $25 gas card we all got in November ( Read more... )

My  neighbors dog got hit in the road tonight when Jack and I were eating dinner.  We heard a "thud", which was horrible, but what was worse was that there was no yelping, etc. afterwards.  The dog didn't die immediately, and poor Lisa had to get her son on the phone to come back with her vehicle to drive the dog to the vets.  Heidi (the dog) was/ ( Read more... )
