I just got a call from GrrMart.  I have a job!  Now I just have to go in tomorrow to fill out some paperwork.

I finally found the ad for GrrMart.  Apparently they're accepting walk-in applications from September 15 - October 3.  Part of me wants to go down there immediately, but another part of me says to wait and go on Monday after my Toys R Us interview, since they're right by each other anyway.

I have an interview at Toys R Us on Monday at 11:30.  I better not screw this up.  If I could find the ad, I would try to go to the job fair for the GrrMart* that's opening this fall, but I can't find it anywhere and there's nothing online about it ( Read more... )

Okay, so one of the downsides to having spent a semester in Lithuania is that I missed a good chunk of television that year.  The only show that I had my mom tape for me every week was Veronica Mars, and, obviously, I didn't get to watch any of the new shows that season.  Every once in a while, even now, this comes back to haunt me ( Read more... )

Well, I guess that's because, when I went to use my conditioner, I found a moth the size of the planet Jupiter behind the bottle.  Since moths are included within my bug phobia, my shower met an untimely demise.
