Many many years ago, when I actually read the funny pages instead of just throwing the paper away the minute I got it, I read this comic about raising a baby. 1. Get down to 135. Usually I aim for 130 but I will probably never weigh that little without starvng myself again. 5 pounds heavier = 5 pounds more attainable. Really, I am pretty darn happy with my body. I just don't want to buy new clothes when I have so many that fit me a year and a half ago.
