Well last night I had a confrontation of sorts with Tony.

Tom and I had a discussion and decided we'd had enough of being taken advantage of and we would inform him he had until Sunday to clear his things out of our basement or they were going up to the street as of Monday morning. It made me mad that I had to do the research to get him out, although it got him to quit making excuses- which he would have kept doing until the cows came home. I still don't have my basement all the way back, he still has a few things and to clean still, but he's coming to get them tomorrow.

You know it's not that bad. I feel worse for Tom than anything. He is taking this kind hard. He has been dizzy for over a week now and I can't just blame it on the weather, I am so worried that it has been the stress and the emotions of the whole Tony thing. He is so angry and disappointed by Tony. I think he just wants it all over and done with. Tuesday night Tony called him at work and he refused to talk to him. I made him call him back after he came home at midnight, but it took me until almost 1am. He claims the reason he didn't come pick up his things Sunday was because he didn't think he had to because I came and picked up Elizabeth and he didn't bring her home so he didn't have to pick up his stuff. Tom was so mad at that! Tony doesn't understand that their friendship has been irreperably damaged and is pretty much over. Tom no longer trusts him and doesn't want him around.

It's a hard lesson to have learned, especially like this. I hate this for my husband especially since he has so few friends IRL.
