Huh, sounds interesting! And 220 is a lot!! daymn. If I lost 220 pounds I'd be about... um... unhealthy thin. 50 pounds. Yeah... that's a little too much for me. HOWEVER... losing 100 might be good...
Well so far I have lost 58 pounds (but put back on 17, with the holidays and depression and all, so I guess I've really only lost 41 pounds) but I still have another 118 I'd like to lose to be at what I would really love to be at. I guess I'd settle for an even 100 though.
I think I weigh somewhere between 265 and 275... Or somewhere around there. But no one believes it. I've been fluctuating between 250 and 270 for as long as I can remember really. But most people don't believe that I'm over 200. I should probably be around 170ish for my build. the thought of being 150 is really scary for me, even though I think that's what most things that say what your weight should be just based on your age, height and sex.
I weigh myself on about a weekly basis so I know how much I weigh. When I knew I was gaining I stopped weighing myself because I knew I was gaining because I was depressed.
You don't look that heavy because you are taller than the average woman, I look thinner than my mother by quite a bit because she is a good 4" shorter than me-I love it, I know i am not much thinner than she is thought, I just carry it better.
You would look like a runway model if you were 150. According to my Ht -5'6" - 5' 7" I should weigh 130- 150 or so, I think. I could live with that.
