I read MY BIG FAT GREEK DIET by Nick Yphantides, M.D. It was a great book. It was his own story of weight loss, but not a diet plan. Very motivational and inspirational. He lost 220lbs. 8~O I really enjoyed it and it is something I would recommend and something I will keep on my bookshelf and look back on in my own continuing weight loss journey as it gives tips and ways too strengthen your own resolve.
