I went shopping yesterday at the mall for jewelry.  I was looking for pieces to complete a dance outfit, so big and flashy were the important characteristics I was hunting.  The trip ended with me holding up pair after pair of gold hoop earrings, trying to see which size I wanted to buy

Haha. And here I'm finally moving toward bold, colored jewelry. Actually, I'm moving toward borrowing my little sister's since she's into bold bright colors and fashion in general.

To make up for my (relative) restraint with the earrings, the two bracelets I found are three inches wide and shiny gold. Hey, this outfit doesn't get rhinestones, so I needed something flashy.
