There are issues that have been on my mind lately that I feel have put me in a more somber mood. This song is also not helping.

For those of you who can remember, and wouldn't mind sharing the information... what was your home like? When did you first start remembering and... did you want to?

I don't remember what my home is like, and I don't care to. Besides that, I don't think you've much of a choice either which way, from all these memory crystal stories I've been hearing. Why bother worrying about the inevitable?

I would rather feel I had a choice in deciding who I was and what I want my life to be, at least. It might only be because I have few memories of home compared to others, but I like who I am now. In a way, the idea of remembering things from a life that isn't the one I have now seems almost controlling.

I would like to think that Dash, Codename, Phoenix, and myself all come from the same place, but other than that, I don't know much about our home.

I suppose that's nice, to be assured you have friends here, at the very least.

Bubbles says we're from the same place, and I believe that's right. It feels right. She feels familiar to me, and the idea that we could have been friends back home makes me very happy. But I almost feel afraid to learn more than that.

It seems silly. It's almost hypocritical that I should fear something unknown.

Well, I got a memory crystal a while back, and all I saw was this really pretty river and gorgeous flowers. And monsters, there was fighting in my memory. In my dream, there was I think something flying...something big.

I don't remember much of home besides my original dream. I was curious at first, but I feel invested in my life here now. I guess I've lost a lot of my original curiosity.

Recently I've been thinking about it more.
