This is my version of a Bourbon Chicken recipe (#45809) by Lisa Marie on RecipeZaarMy son used to love the Bourbon Chicken at a Cajun Cafe at the mall, but that stall closed. He was talking longingly about it the other day, so I decided to try making it. It was good! I think it needed a slightly deeper flavor, which is why I added the molasses
