Lemon herbed salmon with cous cous and salad

Hey look, it's that salad again! And hey, more lemon!

One thing you can't say is that we are making the same 'ol things with these lemons. At least we have great variety. And no, we don't only make lemon meals now, apparently this is just the order I'm finding my photos. :P

Anyway this salmon was REALLY good and I'm not even a huge fan of fish.

And it was so eeeeeasy! I mean don't get me wrong, we actually enjoy making meals that require some tedious efforts (scary huh?) but it's nice to know an equally enjoyable meal can be quick to prepare :)

Oooh that looks great! And with just 4 tablespoons of butter you were able to make it stick to the salmon? I think I might try olive oil actually, hopefully it will work.
