Career Woman by day, chef by night!

For awhile I've been craving shrimp and artichoke hearts. Weird, I know.

Tonight I put it all together. No recipe! And it's flipping delicious!

I just realized how badly I messed up the spelling in this post...woops! It's been a long day. It's not high in fat either- the 4 tablespoons of alfredo sauce wasn't too much/bad when spread out in the entire shrimp dish :)

It was REALLY good! Glad you liked!
