I LOVE this fish too. I found it a few months ago already prepared coated with broken up tortilla chips and it was sooooooo good but i didn't think low cal.

Last week i found a huge bag of this fish just plain and just about wet my pants when i seen it:)

THis requires so little sauce that it doesnt matter what it's made of.

You hafto try this recipe!

After lunch i called my mom to tell her she had to make it too. She's having it for dinner tomorrow.

This fish don't taste like fish at all, and your right its always good no matter what:)

Do you have muskey and pike up there??

I've been cooking as low cal as i can lately and trying all kinds of things i've never eaten.

My ass digs the low cal stuff too:)

Oh I have a lot of that in my freezer in those individually frozen packs. I think Ronnie bought like ten pounds when it was on sale. This is a yummy way to use it! Looks fantastic! So do the peppers!
