I got a wonderful gift from someone... and I have no idea who it was.
A copy of Wahl's protocol, from Amazon.
I tried searching for the giver's wish list and it did not show up. 

It's part of the Autoimmune Paleo diet. Organ meat. Liver. Kidneys. Hearts.

I like Liver ok. I don't have a problem with it, at all. As for the others, well... I can do without them, but I can't, now. Trying to find alternative ways to fix them.

The diet intensity is really levelling up, but it's worth it.

I have very little joint pain, now. It's amazing! Seriously... I have had times I could barely make it down the hallway, because of pain.

I think more of us should be aware of the impact of spraying on our enviornment.
Last week, my garden was full of bees. I had at least 20 hummingbirds visiting one of my two feeders.
Three days ago, I had two hummingbirds, and no bees.
The last two days, nada. None. Nothing is visiting but ants and house finches. Not even a goldfinch.

Coffee needs to be a no no. I did have a reaction, waking up with hives last night, and having to resort to benedryl, so back to the beginning. No seeds means NO SEEDS! Though isn't coconut a seed?
