I have two YUMMY recipes for you guys. I found the originals in my Taste of Home magazines (Simple & Delicious and Light & Tasty to be exact) and tweaked them a little. They are wonderful and so good I'll make them often!

The cake sounds really good, but so not light! I can only imagine what went into the first one. But I want some now!

Those both look great! I loooove salads with fruit! We actually just had a salad with chicken / etc that had a dressing along the same ideas as that one, but with an orange juice concentrate instead :) I'll post it later! It was really good though. The one you posted sounds great especially with the fruit!
