Tis okay. It just seems like a recipe that everyone already has but everyone I give it too seems to be happy they have it so I just wanted to share. Enjoy!

Your welcome. See and I thought Chicken Tetrazzini was an american staple... like it was something every kid grew up eating... not that I did. Just seemed that way. Oh well

Always make more sauce than it calls for! It will dry up if you like leftovers, so I always add extra sauce than it calls for.

My family has a tradition of chicken/tetrazzini but it's a lot different than this, but anyway you make this it's good! :)

See with this there isn't extra sauce and if you add just a dribble of water when reheating it comes our just perfect.

I add water sometimes, but with any recipe like this I always make more sauce than it calls for.

Looks good... Turkey tetrazzini was one of my favorite lunches served at school, but I've never tried making it myself. I hate mushrooms, and the turkey tetrazzini at school didn't have mushrooms in it, but every recipe I've seen does. I wonder if it would be any good if I left out the cream of mushroom soup.

I bet you could just use 2 cans of cream of chicken.

My brother in law doesnt like cream of mushroom so anytime i have a recipe that calls for it i just always subsitute it with cream of chicken or if my best friend & her man are eating then i substitute cream of chicken with cream of mushroom bc he is vegetarian.

I didn't think of that for vegetarians... great tip.
