I tried a new recipe for molasses cookies last week, and they turned out really well. I made a few changes: brown sugar instead of white, and instead of adding powdered ginger to the mix, I chopped up some candied ginger and added it along with some walnuts after I'd taken the dough out of the fridge. You could have put the egg in a bowl, mix it up, and only added half of it!

And then scramble the other half and eat it with a piece of toast. mmmmm.

Also, I recommend that since you have too many cookies, you should give some to me. Yep.

Very true. I love scrambled eggs. Mmm.

I could fax you some cookies. Or teleport them like in Willy Wonka. Don't worry; I'll bake a lot so there will still be enough even after they shrink.
