I tried a new recipe for
molasses cookies last week, and they turned out really well. I made a few changes: brown sugar instead of white, and instead of adding powdered ginger to the mix, I chopped up some candied ginger and added it along with some walnuts after I'd taken the dough out of the fridge. And I left off rolling them in sugar at the end

I could fax you some cookies. Or teleport them like in Willy Wonka. Don't worry; I'll bake a lot so there will still be enough even after they shrink.
