Feels good to hear the names of the cities in South Tamilnadu. I infact belong to Tuticorin which is near Tirunelveli.
There is a waterfalls called 'Thirparappu' near Kanyakumari. It should take you 2hrs from Kanyakumari to reach this falls. It is a very beautiful waterfalls and the route to this is just wonderful.

Hey, neat..thanks for the snaps, reminds me of my trip some five years back. Had been to Madurai and Thiruvannamalai, Kumbakonam etc (it was more of a trip to visit all the navagraha gods' temples) Apart from the yummy food, what struck me about TN was the greenery all along the way. Just beautiful.
And I just love the huge expanses and architecture of these old south indian temples. its something else!
