Work was frustrating today. Customers were crabby, and even other reps were too. I had a rep in another department yell at me for not doing something that I'm not even allowed to do! I can't do what she wanted me to do which is why I was transfering the customer to her in the first place. stupid bitch. grrrrr ( Read more... )

Yep i found a torrent for it last night. I was pleasantly surprised by the album. I listened to it a few times already. I'd be interested in your thoughts after you get to listen to it :)

that's not my entry icon, that's for the mood. that's supposed to represent being productive. I didn't make the mood icon set, someone else did.
