2 week update
Work was frustrating today. Customers were crabby, and even other reps were too. I had a rep in another department yell at me for not doing something that I'm not even allowed to do! I can't do what she wanted me to do which is why I was transfering the customer to her in the first place. stupid bitch. grrrrr.
My cold from a few weeks ago is still lingering with me. I can't get rid of my cough. and tonight my voice started cracking again. I wish I didn't have a job where I had to talk for 8 hours straight every day. It definitely doesn't help when I'm trying to get better.
