Another 2 week update...
This past week has been pretty fun, actually. Last weekend, Yeny, KC, Kris and I went to see Harry Potter and the Order of The Phoenix as well as Transformers. A double-feature, basically. We went to the cheap theater on Goldenrod and I forgot how much I like stadium seating at newer movie theaters. Anyway, both of the movies were really good. Transformers was a lot funnier than I thought it was going to be, and I loved it. and I'm apparently the only one that likes to stay until the end of the credits. Everyone was trying to high-tail it out of there the second the first credit appeared. Does anyone else stay until the credits are completely done?
Mom came to visit me for a week, and I got to take a few days off of work. Friday we went to Bok Towe Gardens (pictures coming soon), which was a gorgeous place. I took nearly 200 pictures! That night I went to a party at Simon's new house, which was fun. Got to spend time with a few old friends and meet some crazy new people too. Sunday was a lazy day. Today was another lazy day, then we had dinner at the fish camp down on 520 at the Orange/Brevard county line. A cute little place with some surprisingly good food. Tomorrow is my last day off from work before I go back on Tuesday. So not looking forward to that.
