Before anything else, I'd like to see some big bright text explaining that the only current option is to feed, and anything posted publicly is easily tracked. It's a bit less of a shock now that lots of people have blogs, but still, I bet 90% of the people on LJ would be surprised to find out how easy it is for anyone anywhere to see what they post.
