Title
Option to Disable RSS Feeds

Short, concise description of the idea
Give users the option to disable RSS feeds of their account.

Full description of the idea
LiveJournal often takes the stand that users should have full control of their content, but will not allow users to disable the RSS feeds of their journals. While making entries friends only limits who can see them in a feed, a user can easily provide their username and password to a site and use the feed to send otherwise semi-private info to a public posting. Marking entries 'Date Out Of Order' prevents entries from appearing in a syndicated feed, but also causes them to not appear on other users' friends pages. LiveJournal users should have the option to completely disable the syndicated feeds for their journals.

This was previously brought up in January 2005 and rejected, but the rejection note states the possibility of future consideration. I'm asking for that consideration now.
