Today I rocked the treadmill for a half-hour. I was alternating paces--steady jog for two minutes then hard run for two minutes. All of this for about fifteen minutes then finished out the half hour with a steady jog. It was pretty intense--although I should have kept it going for a whole half hour. It's hard though...
