So, apparently I've hit that time of the month, because I was just finishing up my reread of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in the car at lunch, when I suddenly burst into tears at the thought of Neville's ten points, about two pages before I actually got to that part. Have been to see Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. ( And lo, it was good. )

Before I go combing through everyone's journals for their reactions, here are some of my not-too-well-formed thoughts about Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. ( This means spoilers, of course. )

The JC in Toronto post is coming. I'm still trying to work my way up to it. I'm going on the theory that if I sort of come at it sideways, while making posts about other things, then it'll get written before it knows what hit it. Or erm. Something that makes more sense.
