I'm also transferring to another college, changing majors, and hopefully taking classes this summer when I'm not working.

So I've noticed in my attempts at getting more organized throughout this week that a sense of being overwhelmed is slowly growing within me. I think it's funny how everyone "conveniently forgets" that free black people owned slaves when it was still legal to have slaves here in the US.

You know, because us white people are just evil, horrible people. >_>

So yes, I'm finally back after a whole week in Tennessee celebrating Christmas with that side of the family and hanging out with my cousin one more time before he ships out to Basic in February. Oh, this week has been crazy! Between studying for and taking finals, trying to finish up Christmas shopping, and going out with Suzy, I've been pretty busy. How I managed to read all the way through Infected by Scott Sigler as quickly as I did is beyond me. I certainly liked it. I'm not sure what I liked about it though. It's only 3:00 PM and it's as dark as it usually is around 7 or 8 this time of the year. It's raining again too... as if we didn't get enough last night. >_>

I hate sweeping water out of the garage.

Work today was horribly short. I was only there for a little over an hour and a half before me an four others were sent home because of a lack of business that's been going on at least since last week. No idea why.
