In other news, I've been reading this book How to Write Science Fiction and Fantasy by Orson Scott Card, who is a pretty amazing author himself. It's been really helpful, and I keep wanting to hit myself for not realizing some things before reading this book. I'd suggest it to anyone who has an interest in writing speculative fiction.
