Case against MUST-KILL-DALEKS

So I was messaged today on my fanfiction account by an author who let me know that the author MUST-KILL-DALEKS had stolen one of my fanfics. It's an old one that I posted way back in 2006 and while it's not the best fic ever, she still stole it and claimed it as her own. So far I have reported her for abuse on ff.net and I'm holding back on contacting her myself because I'm wary of causing internet drama if I approach it wrong. But the author who alerted me to the fact my story had been ripped urged me to post here so she will hopefully get the hint and never steal anyone elses work. I'm not sure if any of the other fics she has posted are her own words or the work of another author.

I know it was posted back in December last year, but I only knew about it today because I don't really frequent the Doctor Who fandom any more so I didn't see her post it. It may be worth checking out her other stories to see if she has stolen anyone else's work.
