Eiki would fully agree with that statement but in the end there was little one could do about it. It would go away as all other effects eventually did and simply suffered through.

She tapped on the door briefly before letting herself in, she was rather composed considering inside she felt incredibly embarrassed to be in such a form. It was awkward to move n and she was hitting her wings on more things than she could count. The horn was also a problem as it kept hitting things when she would move. It was incredibly frustrating, but she kept it in rather well.

"Marisa? Are you free? I want to talk to you."

Marisa didn't even bother looking up, but an ear turned toward the Yama.

"Does it look like I have anything to do?"

"There is no need to take such a tone," she walked over to the side of the bed then sat down to the side, still finding the idea of having wings extremely annoying. "I'm here to ask you something important."

"Stupid questions get stupid answers, Yama."

Marisa finally deemed to look away from the Guide over to where the Yama was sitting. "Well, aren't you all special with both wings and a horn," she said with a flattening of her ears.

Yes, someone's a bit sore about not having a horn among other things. She was a magician, damnit! She should have a horn like twilight Sparkle.

After seeing that fight, Minato had decided to visit Marisa in the hospital once they started allowing visitors. He's dealt with Yuuka before. He knows what she can do. Marisa shouldn't be too bad, though; she was tough.

Being a pony did complicate things a little bit, but he told himself he'd visit and by golly he's gonna visit. So after a knock or two (more of a couple of light headbutts against the door) and some fiddling with the doorknob he gets himself in. It's apparent that he's still getting used to the form, but it's not too bad. His only gripe is the lack of pockets. He couldn't use his Evoker, either, but that fact was circumvented by Koromaru's collar, which he had kept since the dog's departure several months back.

"Hey. You awake?"

The witch pony deemed Minato important enough to look up from her Guide for, unlike some judges. She blinked once, turned her head a bit to take in the odd structure of his wings and then rest her head down again.

"...you're wearing a collar."

Minato just kind of gives her a deadpan look. Really? That's the first thing she says?

"It's hard to shoot myself in the head. This is a replacement for now."

Aaaand now changing the topic before further teasing could be done. The topic change comes in the form of a few bags of food. Apples and vegetables galore. One was even a prepared tossed salad with apples, and a few oats for texture. He puts the salad on the bed within her reach and the rest next to the bedside table.

"Here. You asked for food, so I brought some."

Come on! She's seen enough ponies - Reimu's probably still asleep on the chair nearby in all her pony glory - that the pony aspect isn't a surprise. A pony wearing a collar, on the other hoof, was. Regardless, Marisa lets the whole collar thing go on account of yummy food.

Her tail flicks once happily and she sniffs the salad. Gods, that smelled good. She took a bite, chewed, swallowed and then whinnied happily.

"I love you, Minato." Not really, but he'd get the point.

Hey, Marisa? Guess who's not a pony? Hint: It's the same person who has now let herself into your room.

She decides to be nice for once and not tease the witch on her pony condition. Instead, she brings gifts. A few books, some tea, and a few snacks.

And, she's wearing one of the outfits they had gotten on the shopping trip. One of the simpler ones, but still. Surprises abound.

Figures it'd be Patchouli that was pony-free, still Marisa's ears swiveled to the front at the sight of her.

The dress did look good on Patchy and it was so nice to see her wearing something that wasn't her purpler and pink potato sack shaped robes. If Patchy was wearing it just for her - which she sincerely doubted - it was appreciated. At least the trip wasn't a waste.

"Please tell me you brought fruit." A pause. "And I think it's sad how excited I'm suddenly over the thoughts of fruit and salads."

Part of the reason behind the dress was just to prove to Marisa that she could cope with change, but another was that she just liked it. Different than what she's used to, but it was rather comfortable.

"Unfortunately, no. I was not able to get fruit. They were mostly sold out by the time I got there due to the mass of... ponies suddenly demanding it. I did manage to get something else, however."

She sets a plate on the table next to the bed. They looked like baked goods. Baked goods for ponies. And sugar cubes. Be grateful, Marisa.

Marisa's ears drooped at the declaration that there wasn't any fruit. But then there it was - the fabled sugar cube. The witch pony gazed upon the sugar cube with awe for a few seconds before nabbing it with her teeth as if she was afraid it would disappear.

"Mmmmmm." Give her a moment of pony sugar ecstasy. "Thanks. The dress looks good, ze. Glad you remembered which stocking go with it."

Reimu would have awesome adventure stories except she's sleeping. In a chair. Having curled herself up in Marisa's hospital room, she made herself at home...and I mean curled up literally since she's a pony too.

The horse miko is also snoring loudly since breathing has gotten a lot differently late. Hopefully that doesn't bother you, Marisa.

It seems Marisa's tail is just long enough to flick over and brush against Reimu. Since the witch pony is terribly bored, she decides to continue doing that until the shrine mare wakes up.

One lucky brush later and Reimu is waking up, sneezing loudly.

"Damn it, Marisa!"

Oops. That would be a golden tail smacking Reimu in the snout since Marisa didn't expect the miko to wake up so easily.

"Heh. You were looking all cute there, ze. Couldn't take all the cavities it was causing."

Since Alice is refusing to create dolls under this curse she's decided to come visit Marisa. It's something to do. She brought you a book, at least.

"..." Marisa is very appreciative of the book but...

"Hey. How come you got a horn and I don't?"

"Because I'm better than you."

Marisa snorts and flicks her tail. "You're such a jerk."
