[Either way, once she got food, she was off to sit in some corner somewhere. After all, she wasn't here for the socializing; she was here for the meeting. For business. Once the actual meeting started she'd opt for a closer seat, but now? Nope.]

[Lemina took notice when Patchouli arrived, and after a moment of debating, she abandons her seat. The plate of half-finished salad still left there should be enough to tell everyone the seat is occupied, right?]

As Premier of the New Magic Guild, I am calling our first meeting to order! And for the first order of business...
[She cleared off a part of the table before her, then produced a large, rolled-up piece of paper. This was spread on the table for all the Guild members to see: A blueprint, made with painstaking care, of a large building in a style reminiscent of something European.]
Recently, due to an extremely generous donation to the Guild, we have acquired the funds necessary to construct a Guildhall! I've drawn up a rough approximation of the Guild as it was on Lunar for all of you to review.
However, there's portions of it that I think we can take out of the design, and replace with something more useful... for example, I'm mega-sure we don't really need a dungeon with prison cells anymore. And I think we'll have to combine the library into the Guildhouse itself, instead of housing it in a separate building. I was also thinking about expanding it to include ( ... )

The prison cell area can be converted into, like, cages for dangerous magical creatures that are being studied.
