They had until March until the new school would no longer be of use. She had to think about Remus' idea of a magical and a muggle school. She thought a school for the wee lads and lassies would also be viable.
"Hear, hear," she said loudly and clearly as Remus stepped down. "I would like to second that for everyone's consideration," giving Remus a smile as he walked past her.

Perhaps I misunderstand Remus, it will be good to speak with him after this is over.
Fleur stood to add her comment to what Remus had said and quiet fell almost immediately as she looked over the crowd.
"Now when things are beginning is the perfect time for change. In the past before your children would go to Hogwarts their education was left to parents. I believe now it would be best to have a school for the younger children so that they are taught to read and write as well as things that are also of importance. The schools Mister Lupin have discussed are in need of attention but I hope you all consider the younger children. I do not wish for them to have a disadvantage before they go into the school Minerva has prepared."

Taking a breath, she continued. "Although it may not seem to be a high priority, reestablishing the Floo network should be added to the agenda. With a Floo network, we, as a community, can communicate better and establish more reliable transportation."
