"Greetings, everyone! I don't know how well I'm remembered, but I'm Ludo Bagman, and Quidditch ............................................................................................................................................................................................................................... is my greatest joy in life. I know that a lot of other witches and wizards feel the same way. I just moved into a house on East Lovegood Lane, and so haven't gotten the chance to talk to any of my neighbors yet, but I think that after all of the hardships we've been through, an organized Quidditch league is just the ticket to bring the community together, have some fun, and start attracting attention to this great little town."
Ludo stopped, staring into space, as he often did, without knowing. He soon regained focus, however, and gazed out over the expectant faces.
"I know this isn't the time to state my full case, so I'd just like to say that I would like the town council to talk about the organization of a Quidditch league at their next meeting. Until then, I have a large field by the river that is perfect for games, and I'm working on getting some posts up and a field marked off in this next week. Please stop by if you'd like to chat about the future of the league, or if you'd just like to toss the Quaffle around. Thank you."
Ludo sat, face red. He hadn't spoken in front of so many people in AGES! It felt GOOD.

Angelina nodded in agreement, but decided to wait until the next meeting, when it was an official agenda item, to say anything.

Making a note of where he lived, she decided that she'd go and visit him at some point in the future. Yes, she definitely had things to talk about with Mr. Bagman.
