Awwww! Pepper and Penny have girl time! Pepper's so sweet to Penny! And I loved that Penny called Billy out on the Bad Horse Chorus! Hehe.

It would be great for him to carry on a faux blog. That's and inspired plot choice.

This is another amazing chapter. I'm gripped!

I couldn't keep Penny and Pepper from talking. It wouldn't have been fair to either of them, really.
