The GPS gadget said the way south is back through Burney so back I went. I topped up hot and cold water and washed my face.
On the way I saw a deer. That reminded me that I saw five or six deer last night on the way from I-5 to the park, all but one standing in the road waiting to become road kill. Funny how they had that deer in the headlights ( Read more... )

Travel sucks sometimes. Everything seemed fine as far as Johannesburg. I went through the usual struggle to find the right check-in gate - there they have a different check-in gate for each group of destinations, and I have not yet figured out how they organize them.
