Best day in a long time - two of my least favorite accounts are GONE!

Somebody needs to celebrate.

 It's only Thursday, and I've already put in my 40 hrs.  Depressing.

I'm peeing blood.

I'm off to the bank to get a  cashier's check - then to the townhouse for a walkthrough and to get our keys.

I really hope Marco likes it.

So, it has hit me.  I'm 26 years old.  I feel as though I've accomplished very little in those 26 years.

Sure, I've got a wonderful life.  I've got a great family (that i miss dearly), I've got a wonderful boyfriend & dog, I've even got an education and a job that pays the bills.  You know what I don't have?

I don' t have any money.

I've just applied for a handful of jobs that will most certainly be looked upon as a "downgrade" to those reviewing my resume in the future, should I actually get one of these jobs.  I'll have gone from major account manager to retail sales, pizza busser, etc.  Eh, what can you do?  Happiness is very much worth it, I think.  At the very least, it ( Read more... )

I've completed my very first week back in the college act.  It's a strange, though oddly familiar feeling to be a student again.  I had butterflies in my stomach Monday morning when I woke up, and by the time I got in my car to drive from work to school I had a full on case of the jitters.  I have an intense anxiety reaction to "new things".  That ( Read more... )

zdh was right - there is very little of substance that flows out of my fingertips on this site.  I wasn't terribly insightful then, and I certainly haven't made any advances up til now. What I can offer is my take on a few things, and a glimpse into my life, including plans that I think will ultimately make me a bit happier.

I'm officially enrolled in at least one course this spring, and i'm shooting for two.  Keep your fingers crossed for me making it in to my Human Anatomy and Physiology course. :)
