hmm. so i havent updated in about a year. a lot has changed since that day in august when i poured my heart out into the void, mourning the potential loss of something that i still had, and still do. we are seniors now, thats insane. lately ive been saying that my head isnt in high school anymore, but instead in college. im not sure if thats true.

i am glad u have decided to enjoy the ride. its true that trying to be perfect won't get you anywhere. my fave quote: thers a difference between striving for perfection and striving for excellence. and there really is. you've already achieved excellence so you should be happy about that. part of growing up is finding that happy medium, that balance. i only recently found it myself.
