Tutorial: Making a Bustle Skirt from a Window Panel

Hi again!  I recently scored some gorgeous window panels from Goodwill and I've posted a tutorial showing how I made one into a long bustle skirt.

Is it necessary to have a white cat to make this skirt? Mine are all black and gray. And, beautiful skirt & tutorial!

Well, if you ask Oliver (the cat pictured) he would say that black and grey cats are obviously inferior. But in a pinch any cat will do.
