If It Makes You Happy...
So, last night I'm at my Thursday night karaoke show, which consists mainly of out-of-town and out-of-country tourists. It's on North Beach, right next to lots of hotels. The Write Stuff!
Wrote my first song today. I'm excited. Empty Socket has been all covers so far, so now we will have one original to add to sets. It's called "Empty". Locals can come hear us, when we play out this year.

Genetic Fruitations
Someone just brought a product into the kitchen called a "Grapple". It's a half grape, half apple, created through recombinant DNA. Pretty sure it was grown on the Island of Dr. Moreau. Looks like an apple, and smells like a grape. Freaky. Does taste good, though. I just wonder when my third arm will start to grow, after eating the forbidden -

Normally, Valentine's Day has no effect on me, when I'm not in a relationship and in love. But for some reason, today is kicking my ass. I feel like that little fucking cupid fired a real arrow into me. And it hurts like a bitch ( Read more... ) -

Decided after Sunset Grill's karaoke last night that I just can't go out and take the smoke night after night any more. So, unless people come to my shows, all my karaoke friends won't see me. 3 nights of smoke a week are enough for me. My nasal passages are overloaded with secondhand smoke. Came up with this idea to have a Christmas carol performance night, with lots of my karaoke friends that are terrific vocalists. And to get people to bring toys for needy kids. Try and come Thursday, if you can.
