Cleared? You honestly thought Sam would... I can't believe you. I specifically said that I didn't want my closest friends mourning a fake corpse, and you let my best friend go so far as to speak at my funeral, without even telling me that you'd delayed the message.

Who else had to be "cleared" first, Tony? Who else still doesn't know?

Sam and I had a nice little conversation the other day. He's about the first person in a long time who hasn't tried to convince me that you and I have some special bond that's only been messed up because I'm so hardheaded and mean.

He and I agree on a lot of things, actually.

It's refreshing.

That's because he's always thought of you as hardheaded and mean, so he doesn't see a change. I can't count how many times I've defended you to him.
