I just came across your recaps this week and they are AMAZING. Seriously, I agree with this entire post (and I appreciate the gratuitous shots of Askars being all GQ on us)

Before this episode aired I thought Sookie might mention to Sam that Eric was trustworthy or something...that would have at least made sense. *shrug*

Okay, that's what I was thinking too. After watching (and rewatching) the promo for "Frenzy" I was sure it would be either Jason or Sookie that would point Sam in the direction of Eric. It's weird to me that Sam would even know Eric, and does that man Eric is Sam's unlikely ally in the season finale? I just hope to God it's not Bill. Too boring and way too cliched at this point. I keep waiting for them to shower us with the realization that "No audience, Eric is not as bad as people make him out to be". Badass? Yes. Evil? No. I LOVED when he called Bill out on the blood giving, I just wonder how long it'll take before Sookie realizes that as well, lol ( ... )

Thanks! :)

I think he probably will be. I mean, from the promo it looks like Bill is about to sacrifice him to save Sookie. We all know he has no rational judgment when it comes to her and would probably stake Jessica if it meant Sookie wouldn't scrape her knee. lol.

She should definitely be more warm towards Eric...although I think she might find it kind of awkward to speak positively about him to Lafayette, considering all he's been through in regards to Eric.

AH YES, Eric needs to wear more suits. Not that I don't appreciate all the tight and barely there shirts he wears, but you can never go wrong with a suit.

I was wondering how Eric knew that Bill gave her his blood on the first night they met too. I hope this wasn't just a mistake on the writer's part...it has to be deliberate, right? If so, then I hope we get the answer soon because this is definitely something that can't be answered by cracking open the books. I think Alan Ball isn't as Bill/Sookie as I initially thought.
I can't imagine Bill using text messaging, but I guess this is supposed to show us how tech savvy he is? lol

I really have no idea. I can't even think of any way he could have possibly found out, besides Sookie herself. And I doubt she and Eric have had that conversation.

You know, if you think about it, Bill/Sookie were relatively happy together until book 3. So it would only make sense for them not break up until next season. And logically when the show started Alan Ball would want to promote Bill/Sookie. Plus, a large portion of the main plot does revolve around them (even though from here on out it's mostly in a negative way).
So I think we'll just have to see what happens next season. That's when Sookie/Eric should get a lot more focus. And from what AB has said in interviews, I think that's what will happen.

lol yea, Bill texting is like my parents texting.

He was probably just guessing. I mean, he could have found out that there was some sort of attack with the Rattrays but since Sookie and Bill were alone when he gave her his blood there's no way he could ever know that.

But I suppose it wouldn't have been a big leap to guess.

lol yea, I think he's crushing pretty badly now.

I LOVE YOUR PICSPAMS SFM! ♥

I can't believe I'm only going to do one more of these until next year!

*cries FOREVER*

I'm not saying this makes what happened to Lafayette "ok". That would be insane. But you can't really hate on Eric for it without hating on literally every single vampire on the show.

God. THANK YOU! If I see one more person be all "how will Sookie EVAH forgive Eric for what he's done to Lafayette?!?!" VAMPIRE! VAMPIRE VAMPIRE VAMPIRE! According to the world of VAMPIRES, ERIC IS LIKE THE FAIREST MOTHERFUCKER OF THEM ALL! The fact that Bill isn't BURIED UNDERGROUND FOR EIGHTY YEARS for the way he talks to him. Or that Lafayette is even ALIVE AT ALL is evidence of that. Also, it's okay for Bill to KILL PEOPLE on Sookie's "behalf" but Eric is "evil" for doing is fucking job? PLEASE! Bitch just RUNS HIS DISTRICT LIKE A BOSS as is his VAMPIRE RIGHT! VAMPIRES!

You know she was like "Ok, it's time to stop being sad and start being awesome instead! Go put on a suit like the GQMF that you are and I'll wear something sparkly ( ... )

HE SHOULD BE! With the supermarket brand of synthetic blood (HE DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE THE MEDIOCRITY OF TRUE BLOOD) fed to him through a feeding tube!

Or that Lafayette is even ALIVE AT ALL is evidence of that
AND JASON TOO! If either them lived in another area they would BOTH be dead.

Bitch just RUNS HIS DISTRICT LIKE A BOSS as is his VAMPIRE RIGHT!
YOU KNOW I'M LISTENING TO 'LIKE A BOSS' AS I RESPOND TO THIS COMMENT, RIGHT?
A youtube video of that is needed.

(Do you have a link to the interview where Alex gives that quote? I do not think I have read it!)
I actually got the quote from a comment on ohnotheydidnt and that person said they got it from an interview found on true-blood.net. I actually didn't track down the interview myself, haha. But I probably should.

Eric blood that Lafayette is using so he can easily track down all the offenders/recruit them as minions for his vampire takeover of the world.
LOL WELL ERIC SHOULD TAKE OVER THE WORLD

Thanks!

I know! Whatever will we do without Eric? Last year (when I wasn't even watching) the break was only around 6 months, making it longer than that this time around is very unfair!

THESE POSTS MAKE ME RIDICULOUSLY HAPPY.

Oh, Pam and Eric ♥ At least half the show should just be about them.
but YES, just one scene of them alone together and I would've been happy.

YAHTZEE!

Seriously, it should. It bugs me so much when we see Eggs and Tara breaking plates and some fat dude running around in Sookie's yard when we could be seeing Eric and Pam being fabulous instead!

Sophie-Anne always wins! :D
