Detox Time
A few hours in to my detox today and I realized that going without cheese is simply not happening. So, I've edited my list slightly to accommodate a more tasty selection and therefore increase my likelihood to stick with it for 10 days. This is basically just things I am giving up instinctively. Ice Storm Update
It would seem the ice storm is nothing like last year. It sleeted all night and this morning, then turned to snow. It's still snowing. It's beautiful. Tomorrow I bet we build a really nice snowman. If we get to, I'll post a picture! -
The Ice Storm it cometh
I can hear that the rain, which fell and froze, has turned to ice and is pelting down outside. One year ago yesterday Northwest Arkansas suffered the worst ice storm in, according to the electric co-op here, at least 30 years and quite possibly 75 years. Feeling Good
I just want to note how great I feel. It's easy to journal when I'm feeling bad and trying to work through stuff and I want to add balance to that. I am doing really well. My practice is strong, I am meeting my exercise goals and food goals every week, and I am having a lot of fun! Life is good. -

Move!
I went to the gym today. I did 30 minutes of cardio and it felt really good. I am hoping we can swing a membership. It's far cheaper than anything around, it's through the boys and girls club, but if we have to pay it in one chunk rather than payments it may be a problem. Here's hoping ( Read more... )
