Today for my (nearly) daily workout I went the cardio route. I usually go with a machine called Crossramp, and as of late my goal is to go farther in 45 minutes than I did the previous time. Faster, better, now, go, blah, blah, blah

Thank you. One of these days I'd love to just believe I'll be "over it" but I'm still waiting. 37 now... tick tock.. tick tock... finally accepting that I have to give myself a break and not just wait for something magical to happen. lol
Thanks. I've never been a strong runner. I did football and shot put in high school so it was always about muscle. I've amazed myself by not wanting to cough up a lung on cardio machines. :)
