Month 4 Fitness Results!

Dec 02, 2012 22:30

Still chuggin' along. Working out every single day-- I can't NOT work out, because I love how I feel afterwards. :) I do Yogaglo every day and an Insanity workout 4-5 times a week. I lost 1.3 kilos this month, which is 7.2 kilos down since August. What's most exciting is that I'm finally in the 60-kilo range rather than the 70!! It's been ages. ( Read more... )

Just because the portion sizes are bigger doesn't mean you need to eat an entire portion. Just eat until you are full and then either take the left overs home or don't worry about it.

Plus, there are way more healthy alternatives on menus in the States than in Japan, and its a lot easier to customize orders to make them healthier.

Congrats on the weight loss!! :D I'm finishing up the last week of Insanity and have gained a few pounds since I started. :( And not in a good way. But in my case it was because of bad eating choices made due to being too poor to make healthy ones. I hope that I can do the 2nd month again after I finish up and have good results like you!

Thanks man!! Best of luck to you getting through Month 2 again. :D

I decided that a day of work plus a full hour of insanely hard Insanity was, well, insane, so lately I've been doing Month 2 workouts only on days off. On work days I only do the ones that are like 40 minutes or under. That's more than enough!! :P

AWESOME!! You look amazing amazing!! When you get to Arizona, try sharing meals with RooG, because they are huge here. Delicious, but too much. Don't get hung up on it though, you'll be on vacation!

Your fitness stuff is inspiring: I'm struggling with anxiety + wanting to get back into a regular exercise routine and it makes me happy to see results and most importantly, your enthusiasm. People enjoying and being happy to do exercise!

Also, have ever mentioned that your enthusiasm for U.S. Revolutionary War era history is adorable?

Exercise MOST DEFINITELY helps with anxiety. I love having Yogaglo and Insanity at home because I can bust it out whenever I'm feeling crappy (mentally or physically) and start feelin better!! Best of luck to you with getting back into your routine!

HA HA I had no idea this whole "coming out of the closet" regarding my AmRev otaku-ness would bring me such positive comments. ^^ Thanks!!

You look really toned!

I'm thinner than you (170cm/55kg), but not nearly in any shape that could measure up to yours. :) Plus I think you can see the collar bones in the side view.

I wished I could go down several bra sizes, my boobs only cause me back pain...

Hey, everybody (and every body) has different shapes. You're fit and healthy and you exercise regularly and that's all that matters! :)

Sorry to hear about your boobs. ;_; Mine never really caused back pain, but they did get in the way sometimes, especially when doing yoga. ^^
