On Tuesday when I was doing Insanity (Pure Cardio), about halfway through my ankle started to hurt again. I managed to finish the workout but it hurt for the rest of the day. I iced it in the evening. It hurt a little bit the next morning too, so I decided to take yesterday off from Insanity and just do yoga instead

I had to get an ankle brace and not do some of the jump related workouts and I just did squats with weights as a substitute so I could finish it, LOL.
But aren't all of the Insanity workouts "jump related"?? (Aside from the Recovery days, of course.) D-:
