Oh, thought it could have been because there is a scene where Jim surprises Bones with a visit from Joanna on the Enterprise and she does go running into Bones' arms.

You're welcome for the rec. Actually if you are a Kirk/McCoy fan, she has a lot of fantastic stories of them.
