I’ve lost a fic if anyone remembers it-

McCoy takes care of Jim after coming home from the hospital and there’s a biobed set up in the living room if I remember correctly. I think at one point McCoy gives Jim a hand job after a PT visits. Ring any bells?

I don't remember if it was from a one-shot or a small part of an Epic, and I don't remember what they were quarantined for. But I remember when they first return to the Enterprise Jim and Spock have to take decontamination showers and Jim whines to Bones about how cold the water is. So, in Star Trek into Darkness, Spock is clearly injured by Khan's attempts to crush his skull. I'm wondering if there are any stories out there that address those injuries? Particularly with McCoy treating Spock for the injuries--skull fracture, etc?

I read this a long time ago so some of the details might be off. I'm not sure if it's Kirk/Bones or just a friendship, but the crew go to a planet/colony dying from an incurable plague.
