I know we talk more online than we do when we run into each other once a year at costume college, but my impression of you has always been positive. I never thought you looked "self defeated". You've always reminded me of an artistic person... It's hard to explain what I mean by "artistic"... It's not as simple as "makes art" or "is an artist"; maybe it's that exuding of creativity that people like us seem to project... I dunno. It's something though. Something other than "average". Like you have an inner spark... Gah, it's hard to verbalize this
