Frozen Tomatoes

What do you do when the tomatoes in the fridge get soft? Freeze them, of course. Man, that went quick. A minute to blanch, then literally pop the tomatoes out of their skins, stick them in the blender, fill, put on machine, press the puree button, pour into bag, fill, mark bag with sharpie, stick into freezer, and finally clean up. Mom has always used the McCormic spaghetti sauce packet mix then thrown in stewed tomatoes, basil, oragano, italian seasonings, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, onions, and hamburger (I think thats all it changes a little every time depending on my mood and the spices I grab LOL) It's yummy IMO :D
